YOUR ROLE: 

 

  • Be responsible for processing payments to customers
  • Prepare management reports
  • Communicate with Customer Service Team regarding member’s monetary concerns
  • Control fraud
  • Extract and compile data for analysis when required
  • Continuously acquire and improve knowledge about the gaming industry

 

 

ARE YOU READY TO MAKE STUFF HAPPEN?: 

 

  • Must be highly proficient in Mandarin
  • Is knowledgeable in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Willing to work flexible hours and days
  • Ability to work pragmatically and possesses good analytical skills
  • Must be responsible and meticulous
  • Ability to decide what tools to use when required
  • Must be a fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple systems at the same time
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to adapt to the rapid growth of the company
